what is medical arc support? is it good for flat foot?

This is a insert for shoes. It will help with bad knees/back. The best insoles are Lynco Orthotics. They are $60 in the store. You can get them for $30 on eBay from a couple sellers. They were recommended for my wife by a DR and have been outstanding, prevented surgery.

Yes it is, i got some arc support shoe insoles (they make it especially for either back pain or knee pain too!) i got them for my knee pain and it went away. i used Dr. Scholl's from the drugstore
