Where can I find Rotor Cuff surgery cost stats for S.C. Workers comp cases.

I don't know what the fee schedule is for a rotator cuff surgery in SC, however I know that they run between $15,000-$25,000 as they are generally the more expensive type of surgery.  After the fee schedule it's probably will be $12k-$15k.
