Medical help please! was suspect UTI but it isnt in so much pain what is happeing to me?

I've just woken up and it's three in the morning here.I am in tears due to pain.

Had all the symtpons of UTI this week but it didn't come up in two tests so they thouhgt maybe thrush so I used that treatment during the day today I've woken up worse then before.

In alot of pain down there like ALOT of pain and keep feeling like I need to go and urinate but then only a teeny bit comes out and it just keeps feeling like I need to pee when obviously I don't the pain level is just ridiculis what is wrong with me seriously and what do I do?

You need to see your Dr or a Dr. If you have got a UTI or any other infection it needs promt treating with antibiotics. Your in pain, and this needs to be evaluated, don't suffer in silence, call NHS Direct 08454647 or on call care. In the mean time push fluid intake.

If it is just Thrush there shouldn't be actual 'pain' as such and certainly not enough to bring tears. It might be cystitis

Sounds like cystitis, bladder infection.  Needs a urine specimen tested to check.

You must have seen your doctor by now and I hope you feel better.

Antibiotics drinking  plenty of water usually clears it up.

Ignored it can lead to infected kidneys and that is really serious.
