does anyone in the sarasota or venice FL area, know where i can buy some scrubs for a cheaper price?

I am not from the Southern state. I do know that if I were looking for medical scrubs; I would inquire at the local hospitals as to where the staff buy theirs.

Look for discoutn scrubs sales online, which are usualyl cheaper than the local uniform shop. I get my scrubs at Tafford, if you check their clearance sales, you'll sometimes find scrub tops starting at just $1.99.  They also have great email sales all the time.
