Medical specialties of choice

Question

If you were going to be in the medical field, or if you already are, what would be your medical specialty of choice? Also, please include a brief description explaining why you prefer said specialty.

Anesthesiology, because it's what I love to do.  You may be totally different, and have to choose what suits YOUR personality.  We tend to find these things out during clinical rotations in med school, and there's no need to worry about it before then.
