Help! My 83 yr old father had his hearing aid chewed up by a visiting dog. He is rendered helpless without it. I is on a very fixed income $800 per month . He was told Medi-Cal will not replace. They only replace every 5 yrs and this is 3 yrs old.

A new hearing aid costs $2000.00. Does anyone know or have any suggestions?
