Medicine: Panic attacks on airplanes?

Question

I have to fly tommorow and I have horrible panic attacks when I fly. They last about the first 30 minutes of the flight. I'm not prescribed to any medication for this, because I don't have panic attacks unless I am flying. Is the anything medication I can get without a prescription at a walgreens that will help me out? Thanks
