Due to my injury of many years and the rising costs of the pain meds in the United States which I take I have often thought of Mexico as a option,Does anyone have any experiences with shopping over there for narcotic pain medicine.

I don't.

But I do know that if you have purchased medication overseas and attempt to bring it back into the United States you could be arrested for drug smuggling if [1] you get caught, [2] you don't have a prescription for it, [3] you have more than the "usual amount" for a prescription (usually a 30-90 day supply), [4] it's drug that isn't approved for use in the United States or its a dosage stronger than what is allowed in the United States, and/or [5] it's not otherwise illegal to do so (usually it is).
