  1. i think you should check with the American customs about the amount of medicine that can you bring back .liquor is only 1bottle for a person and needs to be 21 years old

  2. Liquor is 1 litter per person.  Cigarettes are one carton per person and medicine is not legal to bring back across the boarder.

  3. YOU COULD END UP IN JAIL..THE LIQUOR IS NOT A PROBLEM, BUT THE MEDICINE IS.. EVEN W/ A PRESCRIPTION IT MAY CAUSE A PROBLEM.. WRITE TO THE US CUSTOM AUTHORITIES AND GIVE THEM THE SPECIFIC TYPE OF MEDICINE AND ASK IF IT IS PERMISSIBLE. IF THEY SAY YES KEEP THE ORIGINAL LETTER OF RESPONSE WITH YOU WHEN YOU RETURN..

  4. my cousin works in border patrol and i can tell you that the only legal way to bring medicine back is to have your US doctor's prescription.  which means no, you could not bring back 20 boxes because i doubt your doctor here would ever write a prescription for that amount.

it's likely that you may not get searched and you could get away with it.  but....do you want to risk that?
