  1. you need to pass the exams in any country you go to after med school; no matter where you went to get your m.d., you will have to prove that you can practice medicine successfully in that particular country. if you can do that, you should be able to find work as a physician, depending on your success in med school and the school's reputation.

  2. European Med Schools tend to be easier to get into and graduate from than American Med Schools. The US has the highest standards of it's doctors in the world, so med school is very challenging in the US for a reason. That's why med students with the financial resources consider studying medicine abroad--it's easier to study medicine in Europe than it is in the US.

I'm not sure about those particular schools, but I know in general, European Med Schools are easier to do than American Med Schools. They just tend to be more expensive, just like with any sort of study abroad, but if you have the money, then obviously that wouldn't be an obstacle for you.

Roughly, the level of education is the same wherever you study medicine. The quality isn't always the same, however. That's the biggest down turn to studying abroad, for one it is expensive, and secondly, you don't always learn everything you should be learning.

Also, studying abroad sometimes turns out to be vacation with the intention of going to school. But more vacationing than studying actually goes on.

Each country has it's own standards of medicine that you need to reach in order to study medicine in that country. So even if you were to graduate from med school in Europe, you would still need to pass the exams for a MD in the US if you want to be a US doctor. Same goes for lawyers, no matter where you studied law, if you want to practice law in the US, you have to pass the BAR Exam.
