Medieval diy ideas?

Question

ok so far ive made my full set of armour, balistas and onagers, shields and just finished making longbows and a composite bow sorta thingie really hard to make, so what do i do next i really want something more eastern, maybe something turkish or even asian swords are not an option since i dont own an anvil and the hammers are a pain in the a to make.
