  2. Much Medieval art is in Bibles or prayer books. Art of the time was primarily to glorify the Church.

Jean, Duc de Berry has a famous Book of Hours http://www.christusrex.org/www2/berry/ and many of the illuminations are quite famous

The Bayeux tapestry is another famous medieval work of art: http://www.bayeuxtapestry.org.uk/

The Maciejowski Bible is another famous work and bits of its illuminations are often seen as well http://www.bayeuxtapestry.org.uk/

The book of Kells is also another famous medieval work http://www.snake.net/people/paul/kells/

In addition there was much in the way of sculpture, brasses, jewelry, etc. You can see some examples here http://witcombe.sbc.edu/ARTHmedieval.htm...

I've done some medieval dancing but it was in a class at a living history event. But here are a few links that may be of use to you:

On you tube you can see some SCAdians (medieval/renaissance living history group members) performing some medieval dances. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IFigJ4Mp5...
