Medion 2310 laptop switches off as soon as charger...

Question

hi, i have a problem with my laptop,it is a medion mim 2310 .the problem is that as soon as the charger is plugged in it switches off and the charger starts blinking on and off but the laptop still worked when the battery was charged even though it still switched off as soon as the charger was plugged in.i have tried a new charger so the charger is not the problem.i would be very greatful for any ideas or help on this thanks
