Medion Akoya Multimedia notebook - wireless... I am trying to add the notebook to my wireless

I am trying to add the notebook to my wireless network - it can't find the network and Windows Vista says I need to turn on wireless capability - how do I do that please?AndyI have a problem with my Medion Akoya MD96630 with reinstalled Windows XP: when built-in camera is switched on, the laptop doesn't shut down completely (screen is on). So I was forced to switch webcamera off.
