Medion fan

Question

runs loud and a lot. Had a guy out before and he re set it to run at a higher temp. we had to re set to default this week and fan is going mad and loud again, does anyone know what he went into I vaguely remember him saying about setting to kick in at higher temp 60 rings a bell but I could be wrong
