Honest to god,i learned how to meditate recently and its one of the best things ive ever done.Only a few days ago,i was depressed and sick of my life.I had been feeling like this for a long time until sombody taught me how to meditate and to my amazement all the negative thoughts i was having have been compressed into possitive thoughts and i dont feel depressed at all now.As with many great things people are reluctant to try it because they believe that there is better ways to solve the problem,the solution to these problems has been around for thousands of years.Take yoga for example allot of people wont try it because it looks a bit silly and they belive they can get a magic pill to do the work for them.I tried yoga and it made my body feel fantastic after only a 30 minute session.Now i know how to make my body feel fantastic and now i know how to open my mind,my mind and body become one.My question is this,does anybody know any advanced levels of meditation? Ive only learned the basic teachings like blocking thoughts and to let them flow around my mind like a river into a puddle.
