  1. The first can help you weed out lies and become more decisive in your thoughts.

The second allows you to see what your mind is really like, is it unique? What makes it stand out? People look to the mind, as it is the control of the body, grab a limb and you control only that, grab a mind, and you have the entire person.

The third allows you to acknowledge the existence of your Creator and think about how he could effect your life, if you grew to know Him through His son, Jesus Christ. Reading the Bible to test for yourself, weather you will acknowledge Him.

The fourth, allows you to truly define the truth and what is not true, which is false. You can see truth for what it really is, a light, and see that which is not true, as impure, and a road away from the true path.

The fifth allows you to contemplate what the value of material things will have in an Eternal existence after your life on earth is over. If God exists, what relationship do you intend to meet Him with? Grace, or Judgment?

It benefits anyone who would do this, to expand their minds beyond the menial, and to the boundaries of Human understanding.
