  1. My faviorite form is just sitting in a silent room, maybe with some white niose or some nature sounds (like a thunderstorm, ocean, forest, etc) and just relax.

    Concentrate on your breathing.

If chanting something helps, write yourself a little chant to help focus on what you want to accomplish. (i.e. relaxation, gain confidence, lower stress, raise energy level, etc..)

  2. Before I go to sleep, I meditate and relax myself into a state of half-consiousness. I can hear things and am aware of them, but I don't think about it. It makes me so relaxed and it's amazing, but I have no idea how I do. It just happens.

  3. I would look into Holosync...I haven't been using it nearly long enough to talk about long-term results, but it definitely is doing something that you can feel. Expensive and sounds too good to be true, but I did my research and it seems to be working for a lot of people out there. Just the optimism about it working is doing the trick so far...
