  1. Hi go onto the wedding shoes direct web site, and on there they have a pair of wedding shoes called  Simone and another pair called meg this look to me is medievil you could also get the bridesmaids ones dyed to the colour of your bridesmaid's dresses as they do a dyeing service.

  2. The ladies at http://www.midnightgarden.com/wedding/bo... are very helpful since it is a medieval theme wedding community.

  3. well i think you should probably go with flat shoes. they are INFINITELY more comfy.

i found this site. the lady who makes the shoes ships them within a week of ordering and you can have selected motifs burnt into them, or you can send your own trim to her and she attached it to the shoes. that  way the shoes exactly match the dress. also, they look pretty authentic as well. she has loads of designs and styles to choose from.

I think it's a very neat idea about the Medieval wedding. My son almost had a medieval wedding until my daughter in laws mother for bid them to have one, she wanted them to have a military wedding because my son is in the military. It turned out beautiful. But they really wanted a medieval wedding so badly. I actually had fun with them looking at the really cool decorations and place setting right down to the metal goblets and the robe for the person who was marring them.

How neat your wedding will be!!! Good luck and best wishes to you both.

  5. hi, at salmstone grange in kent we conduct lots of medieval weddings, but for the type of shoes and accessories you want try this web page, he attends lots of roll play and makes items, he should be able to help on anything you want. www.monsterboutique.com. if he cannot help you then maybe try a local shoe repairer and see if they can put you in touch with someone, or advise on how to cover a pair with material in the right colour. hope this helps you.

  6. em i think it would be cute to stick with pumps, they have always been around and would be comfy

also in medieval times the shoes were like lace up boots under the dresses but it might be hard to find the right kind/style to fit the theme

as for the colour, keep it close to the dresses colours or earthy tones (if they go)

  7. I happen to have ordered from the Lady Oren site suggested elsewhere and they are good shoes! She gives excellent service too.

IIf you are thinking more modern shoes you might try a simple ballet flat.
