Meeting girls in college, I know the places, but how do I do it?

I am a sophmore in electrical engineering at a decent sized college. I really want to meet some girls. Most of my classes this year are engineering in math and stuff so that's harder but I know some of the good places. The gym, the library, extracurricular groups, Christian fellowship things on campus. I don't drink or party so I don't want to meet those kind of girls.

So I know the places but my problem is actual ways to strike up a conversation. Like at the gym if you see a girl working out who your interested in, what is a good way to strike up a conversation? Same question for the other places too. What is a good way to do so without sounding awkward or creepy? I'm not bad looking, I know I'm decently good looking so that's not the problem ha ha, I guess I'm just kind of shy.

  1. If you are at the gym ask her if she needs a spotter for lifting weights. Everyone needs a gym buddy to make working out more fun. If they are listening to music ask them what they like to listen to while they work out.

  2. The site below will help you with techniques on how to meet new people. Have a look the issues like, how to make small talk, how to get beyond small talk, how to have the right body language, etc.

Have you heard of the "mystery method". Maybe you know about Mystery? He is famous from the TV show "pick-up artist". He created a method for meeting women that makes it almost a science. It is kind of expensive, but it could change your life. Have a look at the second link below about halfway down the page.
