MegaMan Battle Network 3 white - what do i do?

Hi, When I press "L"(Gameboy version) while Mega Man is in the internet, Lan says "Let's get to the TV station! It was on Beach Street right?" and when I go to beach, I can't seem to find Beach Street, I've looked up guides on the Internet and I still seem to not find Beach Street. What do I do?

did oyu already invite everyone to the TV station? if you did then jack out and take the metroline in the real world to beach street. then go down the slope to the TV station.

When you take the metroline to beach street, go down to the right and you will find a DNN van outside the building. Inside is the tv station where the N1 starts
