I can not tell you where they sell it unfortunately but I can point you to this forum http://www.rcgroups.com/blimps-62/ there you will find many people who are building and flying remote controlled blimps I am sure that they will be able to help you out. Once you found out it would be great if you let me know. I would love to write about it on my Blog
