We have a dog that came to our rescue that is suspected to have megaesophagus. However, he seems to only regurgitate water, not so much food (although he does regurgitate a little amount of food). Anyone have experience with this? Are there other illnesses that could cause regurgitation of water? Any suggestions of how to handle him would be great. Vet says he can have all the water he wants, but someone who has experience with this said little amounts at a time. We have him at the vet now, I was just looking for more information from people who have experience with this.
