  1. There is absolutely no scientific evidence to support such beliefs. But this hasn't stopped a small yet vociferous group of True Believers from conjuring up their own evidence. Unfortunately for them, most of this 'evidence' doesn't hold scientific water


  2. It is highly improbable, but possible, that a megalodon shark still is alive today.  Showing conclusively that a species does not exist is very difficult, however since no one has found any evidence of the shark in the last 1.5 million years, it seems likely it is extinct.

  3. its been extinct for over 1 million years, it was known to eat whales, so it would be more towards the top of the ocean, and in since it hasn't been seen, or no whale has been seen eaten in the past few million years there is kno possible way that the megalodon is alive. also remember, it was over 40 feet long, it is still recorded as the largest predator in the world, it wouldn't be that hard to find.
