Megxon k88 camera

Question

hi my camera will not turn on correctly.when the power on button is pressed with the power supply is connected the welcom srceem comes on with the control display buttons than turns it self of after a short perion of time.and without the power supply connected and fully charged battries the welcom display does not come on but the control buttons light up but do nothing.can you help as it is only 7 months old and not damaged in any way?thanks mark
