Melatonin doesn't seem to help anymore. What is a good way to start sleeping at an earlier time?

wake up at a certain time-such as 7 in the morning and or just do something tiring so it will be easier to go to sleep earlier?

Just like caffeine and other substances(not drugs,wait-drugs too (just like the one that was supposed to help me with anxiety)) After a short while- my body doesn't tolerate it. So I have only natural methods as an option to fix any sort of internal problem.

Thanks!

  1. The primary problem is that the melatonin you were taking is damaging your DNA.  The typical melatonin you get in stores is from a synthetic source and even if it says natural on it, the proof is in the results.  Most pills you buy (97.5%) have been shown to damage the body.  They are chemical activators, not vitamins.  Because they are chemical activators, they generate an immediate reaction, but then as time passes (not much time either), they become toxic to the body and damage the DNA.  Recent quantum physics experiments have shown this to be true.

You need to have your diet analyzed, get metabolically typed, and determine what nutrients you are deficient in.  There are products made that are not synthetic and do have the natural ingredients with cofactors that make them work.  I strongly suggest you find a Certified Nutritional Therapist that understands QRA testing (not a dietitian or typical doctor) that can test you for specific deficiencies and recommend a good diet for you as well as supplements.

    good luck to you

  2. Get some exercise in every day.

Take your medications right before you go to bed, that is if you arent directed by your doctor as to when to take them. Some medications may make you energized, you will sleep the side effects if you take them at night.

Dont drink caffenated beverages after 3 pm.

Drink a glass of milk before bed.
