Okay so basically i live in Adelaide and i have for my entire life (14 years). I really want to move. I'm so bored with Adelaide. My mum wants to move to Melbourne to be in a closer proximity to our relatives but she only wants to move at the end of the year so i can finish year nine. I honestly don't know if i want to move there.

But anyway, i really want to move to Perth so i'm thinking that when i'm 18 i'll move there even if we do end up moving to Melbourne. I was just wondering if Perth was a nice place?

Where else in Australia, can you find all these attractions?

  5. Perth is a great place and you'll have fun too. Move there without any complains!

  6. Stay in Adelaide.  Adelaide is the best city in Australia.  I just love it.

Tell your mum Melbourne isn't all it's cracked up to be:  peak hour traffic here is a nightmare and the public transport is unbearable (I live less than 40 km from the city and it used to take me two hours to travel to work by public transport so I gave up and now I battle the peak hour traffic and it takes me 45 minutes).  The schooling isn't much better - if they can't even teach Victorian students there is no such word as "youse" what are they teaching?  I've never heard so many people say that word.  Even the teachers say it!

We have more crime here than in Adelaide and nothing much being done about it because our police force is so under-staffed they can't cope.

If all that isn't bad enough, it's very hard to make friends here.  Victorians keep everyone at arms length.  They don't want to get to know you or make friends with you.  I've never had trouble making friends in any other city I've lived in but found it very difficult here.

You are much better off in Adelaide.  I'd move back there in a heartbeat if I could.

  7. no one speaks english in melbourne!! everyone is indian or asain!! and they get all the scolaships to the good schools grrr

  8. stay in adelaide!!!

it gets more exciting when you get older cos you can go to the city and stuff at night.

and right now, just go into norwood and hang with your friends (if you live near the area).

stay! its the best city ever

  9. Definitely Perth is good place to be
