what the fine for giving a false address for a tram fine in melbourne? is it double the fine? so if its a third ticket infringment offence, itll be 270 dollars for no ticket and 270 for wrong address (even though it was the first time giving a false address)?

Good luck, giving false information will land you in the local court house. You'll be looking at at least the fines, plus legal expenses and possibly a record.
