Melburne have more odd jobs or in perth have?

i am a internation student please let me know melburne is cheap or perth is?accomodation and other facilities and odd jobs are available easily where?

I disagree with the above person. i think that both Melbourne and Perth are around the same price to live. Perth has a lot of jobs especially for people in manual labour. Due to the economic boom there are plenty of jobs opening up. If you live in the outer suburbs of Perth you will find its much cheaper and with the new southern train line public transport is so cheap and easy.

Melbourne is cheaper than Perth but Perth has more jobs and they are much better paid than in Melbourne. Melbourne sees more poor people and squalor and older cars on the roads, whereas in Perth everyone is rich from the economic boom. Just look at all the new luxury houses along the coast, and all the luxury cars and big 4wds that you don't see in Melbourne as much.
