Well, I guess it's not a bad move to sent Cabrera down, since they're probably helping him get ready for next season, in preparation for not resigning Bobby Abreu, although I really don't wan that to happen. As for Richie Sexson, he will never regain the form he was in a few years ago... he should go play for an Independent League or something and shape up. It's not a bad thing that Garner returns though.

sexon should have never been signed

melky cabrera parties too much and has not been producing with the bat. and sexon has only played late in games when they need feilding and also hasn't been hitting well. brett gardner is someone the yankees ownnership likes very much he is fast, a good bunter and fielder but needs to work on  his hitting a bit an all around good move i believe they are looking for anything to spark a win streak. i hope it works.

Sexton was finished before signing with the Yanks so no surprise there.  Cabrera was extremely overrated to begin with.  To me he is at best a utility player and not really a good one yet.
