Member of my yahoo group is having difficulty posting pictures to the group.?

Question

When she sends pictures to the group on attachments they do not load onto my yahoo group or when they do the come back as unsupported image. Can anyone help with this problem in a way both me and my member can understand please. Thanks.

those attachments will only be seen within individual mail. they wont load within a message post into the archives.

a person would have to know the type of file- if the file was too large being sent as a message, it would have been returned to the sender-

Is she posting them as jpegs or are they too big?
