Member search returns ZERO results?

What is wrong with the member search feature? Every time I use Member search or the advanced, doesn't matter, I get a zero results.

It's broken. Been broken for at least a week.

Member search is notoriously unreliable. It works for months at a time, then it'll be down for days or weeks, just like it is now.
