Members can not send to yahoo group, i am the owner only i can send. what do i do?

another member is trying to send to my yahoo group even a test email and nothing is going thru, only i can send to the group. What so I do to change it so that all members can send.

Click on Management.

Under Group Settings, Click on Messages.

Click on Edit to the right of Posting and Archives.

In the Posting Options area and under Who can post, click on Members.

Click Save Changes.

By doing this both you and your members can post messages.
