Membership denied because the moderatore didn't respond to the member joining for 14 days?

How can a group deny anyone the ability to join when the moderator doesn't even bother to approve joining because they didn't respond to the request to join in 14 days?

The group may not have an active owner/moderator.  Just move on and join another group.

after 14 days, it's a sure sign the owners/ moderators are inactive and htis happens alot. it's also the way the system works when groups have that group setting, after 14 days you're out of there.
