Membership pending?

I've tried joining a group and my membership is pending, I have wrote the owner of the page and no answer has been given back to me. I am in the area of the loction that the page is asking for. I also got an e-mail telling me that I'm not able to to be a member but it doesn't say from which group, I had signed up for more than one.

I have been waiting a few days now. I feel that this becoming a headache website. Do to the amount of time waiting for approvel, I feel with wanting to get give things and items away and to keep the landfields down this is one way it is helping but also making it build, do the amount of time it takes to be approved. What can be done about this?

pending approval depends on each group. Yahoo gives 14 days actually. those groups that are missing an owner, you could be waiting a long long time.

the owner may be on vacation, their computer may be down- many reasons why they haven't been able to approve a member.

there is nothing you can do about this but wait. maybe locate another group
