Membership required?

When i want to join a group i see archieves membership required or some are public.For membership required does it mean that i have to pay for it

  1. no, it does not mean you have to pay for it. it's telling you the groups settings.

    some groups don't require approvals.

    membership required means you need to be a member-  needing approval.


  2. no you don't have to pay for it..it means that the owner has there group set for membership required meaning you have to know someone in order to join that group or you can get intouch..if you go to there page scroll down and it will give you a list of how to get in touch with that group owner.

    List owner: (Name of group)owner@yahoogroups.com

    The last one that has a name of the group where it says list owner..this is where you would e-mail them. You need to look for these on the group page and you can send a e-mail to them
