Memorial for my father...?

...Should there only be people invited who actually knew my father, or people who know my mother and/or me? Or all of the above?

The memorial is later on today @4pm and I am now wondering whether or not I should use Facebook to put up a bulltin about the event...

Should the event just be private and reserved to Mom's closest friends and our relatives?
