Bought the Memory Card #17 Monogram Series memory card for my Janome 9000. Put it into the machine and the display screen said... "Cannot use memory card". This was after Janome Customer Service Rep told me this was available for the 9000 and i paid $85.00 Cdn for it...

Looking for assistance immediately... Please help!!!!!
