Memory card error due to moisture on card

Question

I have a Memory card error due to moisture on my memory card. I have tried CardRecovery and ZAR softwares to no avail. They report no data on card and that all the sectors are bad. It is my girlfriend's, daughter's memory card, she had a couple hundred pictures on it and had not saved them elsewhere. Dog picked up card when we changed cards. No outside damage but apparently the dog's saliva ruined the card. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
