2 options.

1- there is a little push switch on the side of the sd card.

2- you used this sd card for another tech, like a phone or something, and put a password.

easy remedy for the latter is to format the sd card

Many SD cards have a small sliding tab on one side. Try finding it and sliding it to the other position. Reinsert the card and see if that works.
