Memory foam mattress topper makes you hot?

Just got it and nearly melted last night. Anyone else found this?

~~Yes we noticed it.  We replaced our blankets with a down comforter and that's all we use for cover, and now it stays perfectly comfortable summer and winter!~~

Yes, I have experienced this uncomfortable feeling before. I have found that some of the cheaper memory foam products emit a toxic stench that keeps you up all night and makes you extremely sweaty. Sometimes cheap isn't always the best route to take, especially when it comes to your comfort. I never really related it to my mattress topper, but I do get really hot at night. Just use less blankets and turn up the a/c (or turn down the heat, depending where you are in the world, I guess).

yeah, mine did the same so I put a featherbed on top not only did it not make me hot but my bed is super comfy now. you should try it with a featherbed I got mine at hsn. com and it was only $70.
