Memory stick problem

Question

My customer is using Transcend Memory Sticker (Transcend 1GB). The problem is, it does open when he is trying to open it. It gives this meassage "The disk E is not formated, do you want to format Yes or No" He has a lot of information stored in it, he just doesn't want to format it. What must he do?
