  1. Personally I dont want one because this day and age divorce will happen and I dont want to have 1 child traveling between 2 houses. That can kill a kid's childhood

  2. For me it was the fact that I wanted to have children to carry on my name.  At the time I loved my wife, now ex, and we wanted to have children together.  I loved being a father and watching my children grow.

  3. From my knowledge of men and babies, its because men feel manly when they know they work.

  4. I want a child too pass on a legacy. To watch-over the child, while showing them the love and understanding I feel and have felt from my family. To pass on those values while sitting back "never out of reach" and too see how the fruits of our labor develop.

  5. To see what it would look like, I don't know!!! LOL

  6. I had my first child when I was 25, conceived pretty much 2 weeks after my wedding. If you asked me that back then, I wouldn't know why I would want kids. My son was an "accident" which was more like a blessing in disguise. I wanted kids when I was ready, and I never knew when that would happen. Now I am 27, my son is 2 and my daughter was born 14 days ago. Becoming a dad has made me a more considerate person. I try to go green, since the future will be for my kid's to live in. I actually think before I act and try to be a good role model for my kids. If you asked me now what my reason is for wanting to becoming a father is because I grow as my kids grow too. Becoming a dad has changed my life in many ways. Changed me into a person who is willing to do anything and everything.

  7. is d reproduction of me and my love. u will only wan to have children if u really love tat person. there is noting tat matters. if there is a will, there will always be a way. d joy of seeing them grow from crawling, sitting, teething, jumping, walking and talking, etc, etc. u can nv imagine wats like till u r in my shoe.

    not forgetting d responsibilities.

  8. Because there comes a time when you achieved everything and without kids it is futile. Kids gives you hope of an everlasting future...You effectively can transcend death by continuing to live through them...They can continue on your behalf when you are gone. Home does not feel like a home without kids. Once you have them...it gives you a new reason to live and re-live through their eyes...It is probably the most important thing in my life. I divorced my first wife 'cause she did not want kids to upset her career. I subsequently re-married and have 2 kids and one more on the way within a week or two.

  9. because  i  love  child     the  child   is  very  clever

  10. it is a simple phenomenon, everyone wants to see extension of family to next generation in the form of off-springs, it doesn't apply biologically to human males only, it applies to all the animal species also !

  11. I wanted to express our love and bring another "fruit" of our love into the world.

    Children are a joy .

The Bible says "blessed is he who has a full quiver"

  12. Depending on one's lifestyle he may not have a choice but to accept fatherhood. On the other hand, when you've thought it over for some time and know that you are financially & emotionally ready, then it's time to share your feelings with your significant other.

At the time my reason for becoming a father was due to my strong desire to have a child so they can be loved & cared for.
