  1. It means showing that you're a man. No man likes to be called a sissy, a boy, etc. This isn't to say I'm going about strutting off my guns and lifting the heaviest objects in sight. It's little things like facial hair, loving sports, rugged activities that most girls wouldn't dare do, and most importantly, putting our pants on one leg at a time.

  2. It has been pounded into us since we were children by both males and females.  We are told to shut up, accept the pain and achieve.  I can think of hundreds of things but it's late and I"m tired.  Here's a few:

    "be a man"

    "don't be a crybaby"

    "don't be a whiner"

    "play by the rules"

    "don't act like a girl"

    "don't act like a sissy"

    "grow some balls"

    "suck up the pain"

    "be strong"

    "stop crying"

Essentially it means the opposite of what it means to be a women/girl.  I try to embrace positive character traits.  While American women have changed and are allowed more freedoms, men are still stuck in their roles.

  3. Watch these movies to get a better idea:

    300

    Braveheart

    The Road Warrior

    Rambo

Rocky 1-4, and Balboa. not 5, never 5

    Conan the Barbarian

    Gladiator

  4. a person who is obsessed w/ p***s size

  5. To me a person that defends there belief you don't have to be a man to be masculine.

  6. Certainly not a Rambo type. People like that are not "macho", they are just thugs.

  7. masculinity means being rugged with 2 g's not 1
