thats stupid i doubt that works  the only way to get rid of them is by running push ups bench press should press dumbbell flyes and eat right exercising is the best way any other way it dumb  and to get rid of them is  not just to get rid of them u also get more healthy and fit and become stronger because u put on muscle so exercising is the best way
