Smile. The love of their life as she is walking down the aisle toward them. There is also one special moment in time, when their little child tells them she / he loves them for a very first time and every single time after that. Suffering, pain and passing of people they love makes them very emotional. Just like us they get hurt when feeling misunderstood, rejected, unloved.
