Men's Nike rashguards - run large or small or just right?

He's looking for a rashguard that will fit tight and normally wears a L to XL shirt, 6'3" 210 pounds. Does anyone have experience with Nike rashguards?

If you are considering ordering online for something like this I would suggest against it until you have him actually try one on from Nike in a sports store or where ever they are sold.  Even if it's not the one he is wanting to buy at least he will know first hand how Nike fits him.
