there are various reasons for female loners, i.e.their parents could not have much money to get them marry, some of them don't find suitable matches

some of the best relations ive had is what you call loners-you need to find out their story maybe they were denied to be public or strict parents that sheltered them or a bad relation that hurt them so bad that they clam up.but once i woo them and gave them confidence to open up they have been very public now instead of voiding them take them for a cup of coffee or something then you would finally have a friend instead of being on yahoo answer

I relat with them somewhat, I believe that when a female is a loner it is definitely due to her own choice.  Especially if she looks good.  Men are expected to be aggresive towards a pretty women so she must get more people who try to get to know her if she rejects them and chooses to  be alone so  be it.

My sister is a loner. She gets very upset when a man approaches her to tell her how pretty she is, or ask her out.

In fact, she becomes enraged when that happens.

It's been truly sad for the entire family, in particular my mother, to see her act that way.

She stays home all day and doesn't want to even work.

Every time she gets a job she ends up fighting with someone and getting fired.

She also refuses to see any therapists but we strongly suspect she suffers from Asperger's syndrome, which is supposedly related to autism.

But what can we do? She's 42, never had a boyfriend in her life, and I'm afraid we're going to see her waste away without ever getting a life.

She's a Demi Moore look alike. What a waste of genes.
