Men attending baby shower?

Question

I have been asked to make some favors and prizes for a baby shower. I was informed that men have been invited. As a matter of fact several will be attending. I am planning to have personalized candy wrappers; personalized as in the name of the mom/date of shower on the wrapper. I have several ideas what to get for the ladies but what do I buy/create as favors/prizes for the guys? Any ideas would be really helpful. Thanks!

Keep it simple and know that most guys don't get the party favor thing so here are my suggestions.

I saw card - Poker cards would be great.

Food, seriously easy fun and doesn't get thrown away.

- Giant cookie

- Candy bar

Micro brew beer - Place a Blue or Pink ribbon around the bottle and add a card - Thanks for attending the Shower

- Do a Sam Adam's or specialty beer rather than Bud or Miller.

As the oldest of most of my friends, and the first to have a baby, everybody comes to me for advise when it comes to these things, basically what we have found to work have been gift cards to Lowe's, Home Depot, Wal-Mart (even $10 ones) were a great hit. You could also buy things which you believe would work for the house, such as mini tool kits, garden kits in 'guys colors', etc.  Although they never seemed to go over as much as the gift cards.  Once, with a little more budget, we called all the wifes/girlfriends and asked what their specific guys were interested in and got favors that way, based individually on the guys. It was the best Jack/Jill party ever! Everyone left with something, and the guys were 'rewarded' with the door prizes for just showing up becuase most men won't even be dragged to a shower.
