I've seen questions about masturbation in both sections by both genders.

Some get removed but that's more to do with the content of the question and how many people report it, rather than the gender. I hope so anyway!

That's not true!  I have seen more than a fair share of those questions here.  However, if you violate the y/a community laws with vulgar language, are under the age requirements or do something that isn't allowed here the question would get removed.  So what is your question?
